Effective date: 12 June 2026. These terms govern purchases from HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd. ("HRSU", "we") via hrsuindore.com/store.
Ordering & payment
Orders are placed by paying via UPI to 9425913924@ptyes (HRSU Indore Pvt. Ltd.) and then submitting the order form with your UPI transaction ID and delivery details. Goods are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received and confirmed. All prices are MRP inclusive of all applicable taxes per the Indian Legal Metrology Act. GSTIN: 23AAAGCH4199C1ZP. A GST invoice is issued with every order.
Product information
Specifications are stated per batch Certificate of Analysis. TDS and SDS are available at hrsuindore.com. Product is intended for agricultural and industrial use by competent persons; follow the SDS for handling and storage.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods. We are not liable for losses arising from improper storage, application, or use contrary to the TDS/SDS.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
